the needs of the customers are met.
Label and Converting Sales Consultant
We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join our
sales team. The individual is expected to bring high energy and
self motivation to the role but as our name suggests, "innovative"
thinking and creative solutions - often within a technical customer
environment - are keys to success in our target markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gain a full understanding of the needs of current and potential
customers
- Provide solutions - often innovative/creative - to ensure
customer needs are met
- Ensure customer understands the unique value inherent in the
Label Innovation solution
- Build relationships with customers based on professional
competence, trust and reliability
- Meet or exceed the sales quotas
Additional Duties:
- Contact both present and potential customers
- Keep records of all interactions with customers
- Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on
product knowledge
- Analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential and
inventory requirements

Qualifications
Academic: Post secondary degree in
Business/Technology or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years - Sales in a
technical/manufacturing environment. Flexo experience an
asset.
Skills/Abilities: Technical Sales - Partnership
Development - Problem Solving - Creative - Strong Motivation -
Effective communicator with the ability to converse effectively
with technical and non-technical representatives within client
companies.
