Kelly started with the company in 1993, growing from an initial starting position to leading the overall direction of the company.  Over the last 3 years, Kelly has seen significant growth in the business and is now expected to move the company successfully into the future.   

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Ontario.  He is a member of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), CAFÉ (Canadian Association of Family Enterprise) and several other local associations.  He is often involved in speaking engagements around family business issues.   Kelly’s hands on approach has helped him understand all the facets of what makes his company tick. Kelly is very active with the day to day operations and heavily involved with the development of partnerships with clients in Canada and in the United States.
